Using the site involves payment of monthly subscription fees. There is no refund for subscription fees paid. You can cancel your subscription at any time, and the cancellation will take effect from the next payment month.
Ownership of the content you upload to the site remains yours. wibox does not claim ownership of user content. However, by uploading content to the site, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use your content for the purposes of operating and improving our services.
All content, including texts, images, code and other content, created by wibox's artificial intelligence tools, will remain the exclusive property of wibox, and we will be entitled to use it as we wish, including distribution, modification, display or sale of the content.
We commit to fixing technical failures within 48 hours, on a "best effort" basis. We are not responsible for any damage caused as a result of using the site or its services.
Any dispute arising from these terms of service will be resolved in Israel, through arbitration, and will not exceed the amount of monthly subscription fees. No more than three representatives from each side will participate in the arbitration.
These terms of service are subject to the laws of the State of Israel. We reserve the right to update the terms of service at any time.
